Finally I have the time now to share some pictures that I took when I baked the Valentine’s whoopie pies.Remember the pies that I baked for the Valentine’s edition? It turned out to be a hit and many people ordered these lovely pies to surprise their Valentines 🙂 cute right!

In  these pies, I replaced the food colouring with beetroot to get the original red color. So it’s healthier 🙂 The cream cheese filled in the pies to make it tastes extra special, yummy!

 

 

To make the heart shape, I firstly drew a heart in a baking paper, and filled it in with the cake mix following the line. I used a piping bag to help me making these little heart shapes. Well, it was so much fun and I am looking forward to the next Valentine, and for sure, there will be more and more delicious and looking good stuff 🙂
