How exciting. It was last week when I received an email from the UK. He said that he won&#8217;t be able to be in the Netherlands for his girlfriend&#8217;s birthday. And yet he wanted to surprise his love one with a lovely cake. It was quite a last minute request, but of course, I did it. This is the perk of being a baker, I just love to bake for people\u00a0and make them happy. And I found the story of my customer so lovely. So as his request, I baked this lovely mocha cake. I delivered this beautiful cake by myself to Berkel en Rodenrijs and handled everything with care. When I rang the door bell .. ding dong .. she opened the door and looked surprised!
